Features

Multi-Event Knockout Draws

Build the classic bonspiel draw: A Event losers drop to B, C or D by round, or exactly one event per loss. Drop-ins are spread across the draw to avoid early rematches.

Draw Times and Sheets

Set a draw interval or type your exact draw times for each day. Every game lands on a draw and a sheet, rinks are never double-booked, and ice-prep time is built in.

Qualifiers and Sunday Playoffs

Stop each event at its qualifiers and hold every event playoff on the last day, so all the finals happen together for the crowd and the banquet.

Curling Rules Sheet

Start from a curling rules template covering ends, hammer, extra ends, draws and drops, spares and conduct, then edit it for your club and print it.

Printable Draw Sheet and Results

Post the draw sheet (draw times by sheet) and the event brackets, then print each event’s winner, runner-up and semifinalists for the prize table.

Live Results on Every Phone

Curlers check their next draw, sheet and event from a shared link. Scores entered at the club move winners on and drop losers instantly.

How It Works

01. Set Up Your Club

Pick Curling, enter your rinks, sheets and draw times. Games default to two hours with ice prep between draws.

02. Choose Your Events

Pick 2 to 6 events, how far a loss drops, and whether events play to a winner or to qualifiers and a playoff.

03. Publish and Run the Spiel

Print the draw sheet, share the live link, and enter scores as games finish. The draw updates itself.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can TourneyScheduler run a curling bonspiel with A, B, C and D events?

Yes. Choose the Bonspiel Knockout format with 2 to 6 events. Every rink starts in the A Event, losses drop teams to lower events, and each event has its own winner.

Does it schedule games on draw times and sheets?

Yes. Turn on draw times and set an interval (for example every 2.5 hours) or type exact draw times for each day. Games only start at a draw, all sheets together, and are labelled Draw 1, Draw 2 and so on.

Can events finish with qualifiers and a Sunday playoff?

Yes. Pick 2, 4 or 8 qualifiers per event and tick “Hold every event playoff on the last day”. Playoff losses never drop to another event.

What if a team doesn’t want to play in a lower event?

The director can withdraw that team from the event it dropped to. Its opponent gets a bye and moves on.

How are curling scores entered?

Enter the final score for each game from the director console or a scorekeeper phone with a PIN. Winners advance and losers drop to their next event automatically.

Can I print a draw sheet for the club?

Yes. The Print Center includes the bonspiel draw sheet (draw times by sheet), event brackets, score cards and a curling rules sheet.
